Our Actions

Career Development

We design tailored online and offline training programs aligned with the specific needs of each business unit, complemented by a mentorship system to provide comprehensive on-the-job training for new hires. Through the implementation of our Administrative Measure for Post Management, we establish systematic job rotation and promotion plans based on operational requirements, while conducting regular reviews to ensure appropriate job grading across the group.

Occupational Health and Safety

We strictly adhere to Hong Kong's Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance, having fully implemented the Safety and Emergency Management Measures and Office Workplace 5S

Management Measures. In Brazil, we comply with the NBR14276 fire safety and Emergency Brigade (EB) procedures, with established emergency evacuation protocols to safeguard employees during contingencies.

Employee Rights and Interests

We are committed to full compliance with all applicable labor and anti-discrimination laws in Hong Kong and Brazil, actively eliminating bias based on gender, age, race, skin color, religion or sexual orientation in recruitment and employment practices. Our Employee Handbook institutionalizes human resources management systems to comprehensively protect staff's lawful rights.

Employee Wellbeing

Prioritizing work-life balance, we have developed the Agenda Program to Support Employees - EHS to continuously enhance working environments and conditions for Brazilian employees, thereby improving job satisfaction and organizational belonging.

Female Care

During International Women's Day in 2025, we specially organized flower arrangement art activities for female employees, and added a women's exclusive dressing room in the Hong Kong office to implement the concept of caring for women in the workplace in multiple dimensions.
